Shipping policy

At MAISON ELVAR, every detail is considered — including how your order reaches you. Our delivery process reflects the same values as our pieces: quality, precision, and a calm, refined aesthetic. Our aim is to offer a secure and seamless experience, from our warehouse to your door.

I. ORDER PROCESSING

Every order is handled with care and consideration.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 working days. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 working days.

Changes after an order is processed

Once an order has entered our delivery system, we are unfortunately unable to make changes, including address amendments or product adjustments.

Working days

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. No dispatches take place on weekends or UK public holidays.

Multi-item orders

For orders containing several items, products may be dispatched separately depending on availability and warehouse location. Each shipment will then have its own tracking information.

II. TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

All shipments are sent with full tracking for your peace of mind.

  • A delivery confirmation email is sent when your order leaves our warehouse
  • Some carriers may take 1–3 working days to update tracking information
  • If tracking hasn't updated within 5 working days, please contact us: 📩 care@maisonelvar.com

III. DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver to the UK and across the EU.

Estimated delivery times (working days):

Destination Delivery time
United Kingdom 5–8 working days
European Union 5–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or customs handling (applies to EU orders).

IV. DUTIES, FEES & TAXES

To create a seamless experience, our shipments are generally sent with all duties and taxes included. This means:

✔ No hidden fees ✔ Customs and import costs included ✔ VAT handled where applicable

If you are unexpectedly charged a fee on delivery, please contact us with the documentation and we will assist you.

V. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. MAISON ELVAR is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Damage occurring after confirmed delivery

If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist with information where possible.

VI. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure correct delivery, the following applies:

  • The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address at checkout
  • Addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed
  • We recommend choosing a secure delivery location

MAISON ELVAR is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
